Darlings, do try to arrive at least 15 minutes early for the busier 6pm and 8pm classes, and a half hour (or more) early for the Saturday free classes. If you pre-register for a class, we still need you to arrive ten or more minutes before the class starts to hold your spot. You are always welcome to call 333-9642 if you're running late, and we'll put down a mat for you.

First-timers, there is no need to register online before you come in, though it's awfully nice if you do. Either way, try and arrive fifteen or more minutes early to get signed in, hear our little speech, get acclimated to the studio layout, and pick out your new favorite spot in the hot room. We lock the door on the hour when the teacher goes in to begin the class. Sometimes there is a work exchanger in the lobby, but always, if you're going to be more than a minute late, you need to call 333-9642 and let us know you're on the way.
